To reduce weight you need to increase your BMR and for this you need do some kind of physical activities like running, jogging, skipping, yoga, stretching etc. Have a balanced diet like have luke warm lemon water early morning, then in breakfast have milk+ vegetable poha or oats idli / oats cheela or boiled egg white.
