Hi, sir I am 25 years old male. I have a seviour problem of sweating in palm and foot only, the remaining parts getting normal sweat only. Heavy sweating in palm and foot are causing many problems me. I am unable to give shakehand too. The sweat is coming like water. So kindly give suitable suggestion.
