feed the baby from day one. make a rule of no bottle as babies used to bottle just after delivery never make an effort to suckle and suckling reflex releases milk in mother. there can be no excuse about milk flow being insufficient. don't eat more fats.,enough carbs and lots of simple proteins you are 70 kgs and just after delivery, you will lose about 5 kgs. feeding the baby, doing baby jobs will help you reduce more. no heavy exercises for at least six weeks after delivery
