I have always been a slim guy. Growing with age, I learned that with I am prone to gaining weight easily and it takes hard effort to reduce my weight. And as half as it takes to reduce my weight, on consumption of normal table foods which includes fried substances as well, I gain weight quite easily.

If you tend to gain weight easily then you have work more to burn your calories as much you gain to maintain your weight. Cut down fried, junk food, sweetened items, fizzy drink from your diet. Exercise daily. Drink lots of water and more of salads in your diet.
