Your daily diet is somewhat lacking some vitamin and minerals as its not possible to get everything once only and every food item is enrich with a different vitamin and mineral. So if we are lacking something in our diet and our body is suffering due to that particular substance .in that condition we are advised to take supplements to fulfil the demand of same in sufficient amount.
