Any thing excessive will be a burden on your system. The extra sugar will go into storage and you may gain weight, and thereby invite all types of lifestyle diseases. Strike a balance by eating only healthy food ( have fruits and vegetables everyday ) and avoid junk food and processed food. Avoid all bad habits.
