For diabetes you can have fruits like papaya, apple, avocado, jamun (in limited quantity )avoid shakes, smoothies, juices. Vegetables: can have all green leafy vegetables but avoid potato, arbi, sweet potato. Refined Cereals: sooji, maida, pastas, noodles No direct sugar intake, no sugar in tea or milk. Use tonned or double tonned milk no full creme milk. Can take low fat paneer, tofu, egg white, soya bean Team Nutrihealth.
