I feel tired while climbing the bridge and also start panting. I have to stop for some time and then resume climbing especially railway bridges in Mumbai. Also I've put on more than 10 KGS weight in the last one year.

You feel tired and restless because of your weight so 1st you need to do some kind of physical activity like you can join swimming, jogging, brisk walking, yoga etc. Along with this you need to follow a good diet plan like you can include fibres to your diet. You can have oats idli, oats cheela, wheat flakes+ milk. Include saute veggies to your diet. Avoid eating oily and junk food, Reduce the quantity of your meal .Avoid refined cereals like sooji and medda. Team Nutrihealth.
