Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Commonly such a discovery is not possible by any layman. Earlier pregnancy cannot be detected by layman after marriage to that female. But an expert gynecologist while treating another pregnancy case of the same female, can identify such a situation. Therefore, precautions need to be taken that this doctor don't reveals this to the husband. Take care.
