I am 25, height 5'5 and my weight is 111 kg now, from past few months I have been struggling with weight loss but the main problem I face is I travel a lot and can't keep up with the proper routine. I need help regarding diet plan and workouts that I can continue during travels as well.

You need to follow a proper diet even though while travelling. Try to include good amount of digestible fibre in your diet like oats, milk + wheat flakes, oats idli, lots of fresh fruits and saute veggies. Avoid eating carbohydrate rich food, refined cereals (maida, noodles, pastas). Along with diet you need to do physical activities also to increase your metabolic rate.
