While doing gyming or even after leaving try to follow a well planned protein and high fibre diet like in breakfast take 1 glass of milk with oats or wheat flakes or paneer stuffed chapati with vegetable, if you are non-vegetarian you can have boiled egg in breakfast.In mid morning (i.e after 2 hrs of your breakfast) you can take shakes (mango, banana, cheeku) or butter milk with one fruit (high calorie) in lunch take 2-3 chapatis with curd and green vegetable + 1 full plate of salad.In evening have 1 glass of milk + banana then in dinner 2 chapati + dal + salad.
