I'm having itching in my back and when I'm sitting I feel very irritating and I have pain in my back. Before 20 days I don't have this kind of symptoms, now I joined in one new job here mrng I'll come and sit till the evng in the same place, by this work I have pain or I suffered by any other problem I don't know please clear my doubt.

Dear Akash sitting continuous at one place and improper posture of sitting causes more back pain, you need to take a break for 10min for every hour. if possible use cushion on chair, avoid bending forward and sitting for prolonged time. apply diclofenac ointment with heat therapy for faster relief from pain. continue for a week, if possible do back strengthening excercises in the morning.
