whenever you start anything it's better to do it in a proper way. whenever you do any activity or diet pattern do it regularly and when you reach on a target weight, leave the exercise after doing maintainence. as maintainence is must to sustain the weight. diet also can help you in sustaining that and reducing your belly fat too.

hello mam , take luke warm water before and after meals. take luke warm water with lemon juice with honey empty stomach and early mor. take high fiber diet. have small and frequent meals. don't skip your breakfast and meals. take good amount of salad and fruits. do brisk walk daily. do stretching exercise alternate days .
