Getting unwanted stress every time. So how to calm my mind. I am trying many techniques but like meditation but also I failed to control mind. So please guide me whether I have to consult doctor.

Hello. Stress is an essential part of life. Some level of stress is necessary for optimal functioning. However, excessive and persistent stress which interferes with your functioning is a problem and needs to be treated with counselling and/or medicines.
