Cause of gum bleeding is accumulation of food which has deposited due to inadequate teeth brushing. Kindly brush after each meal, get scaling done from a dentist, that will solve the problem of bleeding too.
Gum swelling and bleeding indicates of gingivitis or periodontitis
I kindly advice you to visit your near by dentist to get your teeth cleaned professionally which will help reducing gum inflammation
Also, I suggest you to use proper brushing technique. Twice a day (go on you tube and watch proper brushing technique)
Use chlorhexidine mouthwash twice a day for 15 days.
