I want to gain weight. My age is 23 years and 11 months. My weight is 45 kgs only. I want to be in at least 55 kgs. Kindly help me out. Thank you.

Gaining weight may take sometime so you have to be little patient. Introduce healthy diet by adding shakes (banana shake, mango shake) with stuffed roti (stuffed with paneer, gobgi, dal) or you can take milk +musseli/ wheat flakes etc. Try to have frequent meals (within 2-2.5 hrs. Do not skip any of your meal. If you are non-vegetarian then you can include egg, chicken, red meat, fish in your diet. Team nutrihealth.
