I have had constant anxiety attacks for the 3 last weeks, I went to the doctor and he prescribed me antidepressants, but I have not improved, I am really very distressed and I do not want the night to arrive because it is when I feel worse, I feel a pressure in the chest, shortness of breath, tingling in the hands, etc.help please.

Dear lybrate-user, I would suggest that you go back to your doctor and ask for a change in dosage/medication since you say it is not helpful. In the meanwhile here is a technique you can try: When you feel a panic attack coming, look around you and identify: -5 things you can see -4 things you can feel -3 things you can hear -2 things you can smell -1 thing you can taste I would suggest that you consult a professional counsellor to learn more techniques to deal with the panic attacks.
