My weight is 82 kg, age 49, height 174, male,blood sugar fasting 111 mg/dl, after 2 hours glucose load 113 mg/dl, pulse rate 64 and waist circumference 103 cm dated 30-05-17. Now I want to decrease the weight. Kindly suggest me.

Diet and exercise are both important to reduce weight. Diet should be low calory, low fat and high fibre.In simple language avoid excessive sweets, sugar,sweet fruits, ghee oils of all kind (Refined and nonrefined both, eat a plateful of salad before every major meal. Do not take any thing in between meals. Regular exercise is must which should bew gradually increased up to your capacity. Maintain diet control and exercise.
