Ultrasonography of pelvis: The urinary bladder appears normal in contour, capacity and wall thickness. No intraluminal calculi or mass lesion are seen. The uterus is ANTEVERTED, normal in size, shape. It measures 8.4X5.1X3. 5 cm. The endometrial echocomplex is proliferative type and measures "8 mm" in thickness. Myometrial echotexture appears homogeneous. Both ovaries are well visualized and show few subcm sized follicles. A dominant follicle measuring 19 mm is seen in the left ovary. The right ovary measures 3.4X2.5X1. 3 cm, Volume=6 cc. The left ovary measures 3.3X3X2.3 cm, Volume=11 cc. A hypoechoic, slightly irregular mass showing vascular pedicle is seen in subcutaneous tissues along the LSCS skin scar site, slightly right of midline (clinically palpable). It measures "19X19X11 mm" No adnexal pathology or free fluid is noted in the pelvis. IMPRESSION: USG study of pelvis reveals a subcutaneous nodule with vascular pedicle with f/s/o "SCAR ENDOMETRIOSIS"
