My height is 5 feet and 1 inch. And weight is 40 kgs only. I want to gain weight to 54 kg. Please help in preparing healthy diet chart including veg and non veg meals. With a nutritious breakfast and dinner. Please help me.

Hi lybrate-user you have to take nutritious foods plus try not to starve. You can also add nuts milk paneer ghee butter etc to your diet. Drink buffalo milk etc. Consult for a diet chart.
