Dear lybrate-user Your main issue is your excessive thinking. I would suggest you cut down on your thinking and be in the present. Your issue is very much treatable but you need to have the will power to work on your areas of concern. However this would need a professional intervention. Please consult a Psychologist in your area and work out a plan with Her/him and diligently work on it and you will certainly see results, please start some form of exercise and have a nutritional diet.
