Sir, I was 20 year old, but my weight do not reach into the normal stage. I do every day hard morningwork but but there is no successly growth of my body .I want to know what is the region and give some medicine to reach my body.

Your exercise will help you to absorb more nutrients from food and eliminating toxins out of the body. But to gain weight you need to increase on your food intake. Either you can increase amount of food or frequency of food or both. Take 5-6 meals per day (3 main meals+ 3 snacks. Take 20 gm soaked Sunflower seeds after 30 minutes of your workout or early morning. Can add: Paneer,peanut butter, Coconut milk (about 10: 0 0 am, made from 1/4 fresh coconut, Badam milk, Sprouts in your regular diet. Avoid: Colas, artificial flavoured drinks, White flour ,white sugar, Coffee, Tea (can take herbal ones.
