Lately I joined Gym about 2 weeks. Am too skinny I do Gym till 1 hour daily. I want to gain weight and muscles what should I do please advise me.

Gaining weight is a continuous process. Don't get in hurry on this. Doing Gym and exercises are good. But should take balanced food daily as your nature of work and body needs. You will gain weight within 3 months. Take both veg and non-veg foods, good quality milk, dry fruits, etc.
