I am psoriatic arthritis patient. I am 32 year old. Two month ago I took depomedrol injection 80 mg in my knees after removing some fluid from my knees. After that injection my nail psoriasis symptoms are completely gone. But after one week the nail psoriasis symptoms are bounce back. What is this? Why it is happened? Please describe in detail.

Depomedrol is a steroid injection and psoriasis temporarily decreases with steroids. But if you keep taking injections then the psoriasis symptoms can worsen. You will need regular medication to control psoriasis and frequent follow ups with the doctor.
