Hello Doctor, due to my psychological issue i'm not able to ejaculate with normal intercourse so I decided to deposit my semen into her vagina with the help of needle less syringe so here my question is, her vagina always looks dry even though with fore play, now if I do deposit of my semen into her vagina, will it help to conceive. Please suggest what I can do to make it wet. Thanks senthil.

You can give her oral stimulation if you/she have no objection. If you can ejaculate by hand then it is due to anxiety related to sex and can be treated. If you deposit freshly discharged semen then chance is equal for pregnancy. If she is not stimulated enough then she can also be treated.
