I am a diabetic patient for five years. I have to take precaution about my diet. I am losing my weight day by day. I take many protein like paneer, egg, chicken vegetable, but no sign of good health pl give advise for weight gain. Is sago useful for diabetic patient.

First of all i will advise you to stop taking non veg as it will increase your blood cholesterole level. 1.Do brisk walking daily. 2.Have a plate of salad including cucumber,onion,beet root. 3.Take 100gms of curd daily. 4.Eat green vegetables,soya bean,lentils. 5.Take capsule Ashwagandha,1 capsule twice daily with milk.
