I am 20 year old and I have problem regarding my genital organ I had the problem regarding my penis its foreskin doesn't go down and if I try to pull the skin down forcefully it causes pain and this all causing problem in my sex as well as daily life I want to know exactly what's this problem is and what is the treatment for this.
