I'm 19 now. I'm very lean. Despite eating heavy foods daily I'm unable to gain my weight and not becoming fat. So please suggest my diet.

Add Coconut milk ( Crush 1/4 of Fresh Coconut and add lukewarm water , sieve and consume it. ) in breakfast or after 1 hour of breakfast and also take it in evening . It will improve weight and stamina and best suitable for summers too. Along this, you can take 5 gm mix of Ashwagandha and Shatavari Kulp ( mix them in equal ratio) . along Coconut milk. Take 5 meals per day ( 3 main meals+ 2 snacks) .
