Sir/madam my brother underwent 3 degree piles surgery 5 days ago. Then onwards he is unable to pass stool as it is getting much pain and bleeding to him. He is constantly straining to pass the stool and due to that pain he is even crying as it is much unbearable. So do give your valuable suggestions about how to get rid of all those things?
