I have so many post acne scars on my face. I have tried so many things but nothing works. My skin is normal to oily. please suggest. I feel stomach bloating every time.

Please avoid excessive use of junk and fat foods take more vegetables and salads. Keep bowels clean Can take Trifala cap 2 at night Avoid touching the skin with nails Wash twice with Neem soap Best,

Drink plenty of water ,avoid spicy foods nd take fibrous diet. Use self made face pack by hldi Chandan, masar dal nd Multani mitti twice a day after that kukumadi tailam if suited.
