She is pure vegetarian bt thin girl. She takes food which is not good quality food. She starts her day with a tea & namkeen. She have proper food at 10a. M. She wears a power glass & wants to leave it naturally. She takes cold milk with roohafza. Tell me a proper diet chart for her. Sometimes she doesn't have dinner and have something like bread cutlet.

You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweet dish. Eat every 2-3 hours.
