I feel pains something like itching and sometimes little high in my throat, nd wen I see in a mirror inside my neck I found lymphs r swollen and pimples on my tongue in the deep end and red spots everywhere in the neck, I hav habit of smoking since 6 years and left it from a year but not completely.
