I'm a student of age 18 having weight only 50 kgs .so this is not a normal weight of my age .sir suggest me how can I gain my weight quickly .can I take any protein powders if any please suggest.

Hello sir, your normal weight according to your height is 60-68. Take high protein diet. Have small and frequent meals. Take egg, sprouts, lean meat, tofu, soy milk, whole pulses, paneer, cold coffee, mango shake, banana shake, chhiku shake. Take milk and milk products. Don't skip your meals. Do stretching exercise alternate days.
