hello sir, take luke warm water before and after meals. take luke warm water with lemon juice with honey.have small and frequent meals. take high fibre diet . take plenty of water . take plenty of fruits. don't skip your breakfast and meals. do brisk walk and cycling daily. take coconut water with lemon juice , luke warm water with lemon juice, whey water ,salad. do abs exercise alternate days .
