I have deficiency of Vit.- B12, and Vit.-D3 in My blood, due to which I have a muscular pain (tearing pain) within my left thigh. After 8 months of medication, there is no relief. This pain starts after jogging, travelling and sometimes even after having tension. Kindly guide me.

Take Inj B12 Twice a week for one month. Table Vit D3. Once a week for one month then once a month for 6 months. Tablet Calcium once for one month. Walk for 30 minutes in morning sun.
