Dear sir/ ma'am, I sometimes over masturbate, I was suffering from soft erection and then I consulted with a ayurvedic doctor he told me to take Shilajit to cure my ED. The ED part is completely gone but I do have a mild pain in my groins specially the right one and thighs and knees I do also feel weakness in my legs. Can you pls suggest something to cure this pain (AND YES I STOPPED MASTURBATION FOR A WEEK AND STILL GOING? ON)
