I am having hair fall issues I tried ayurvedic oil, tablets but no changes. Even am having irregular periods. So am very tensed wat to do? Everything is normal I checked up thyroid test. please suggest me how to control hair fall nd get long hairs.

If your menstrual is cycle is irregular you can do a check for PCOD. For hairfall you can apply coconut oil and massage into scalp for at least 30 minutes. Mix coconut and castor oil and apply this to scalp every alternate days. Dont use chemical shampoos instead you can try baby shampoos as they are mild or a herbal hair cleanser
