Hi, Last night while sleeping I hit the side of my head to the edge of the bed pretty hard. Nothing happened then except pain on that spot. No blackout or convulsion or anything However today I have been experiencing mild nausea which gets worse with anxiety and the pain is still there and there's a small lump on the scalp I'm really worried What should I do?

You have only a swelling on the scalp and no head injury. Your symptoms of nausea is only due to anxiety. You may take a pain killer if needed.
