Hi sir this Rajesh 24 years male. Im having stomach problem from 1 year and my stomach is full filled with gas and my getting stomach bloating. Because of stomach bloating im getting little pain. And I took treatment but no use of that. Even If had little rice and if took water and all also im feeling like my stomach is full and within 30minutes my stomach fill with air and started bloating, Because of this my not at all comfortable and feeling somewhat. And im passing heavy air. So im requesting you please suggest me permanent solution for this GAS and STOMACH BLOATING. With this STOMACH BLOATING im not at all comfortable.

YOu have to avoid fgs forming and spicy foods and take timely meals and avoid alcohol and smoking . Do mild exercises and belly exercises. If needed you can add Reglan and Omez tablets
