Orchalgia meaning testicular pain is often associated with varicocele. However varicocele is not the sole cause of orchalgia. Therefore results of varicocele surgery regarding pain are very unpredictable. You can get a USG Scrotum with Doppler to rule out recurrence of varicocele.
