I have acne problem ,maybe it because of growth of hormones,& the think was I drink lots of water to keep my self hydrate,& evey one knows water is good for health & its helps alot, for skin, growth of muscles, and more! But what was tha limitation of water? Per day? Which its should keep me hydrate, and glowing skin too, my Question is how much litre water should I drink per day? And I workout regular in gym, at present I'm drinking 4 litres or 3.! Can I drink 6 to 7 litres per day?
