Symptoms of Malaria are chills, fever and sweating, usually occurring a few weeks after being bitten. Dengue is Symptoms include high fever, headache, rash and muscle and joint pain. In severe cases there is serious bleeding and shock, which can be life threatening. Treatment includes fluids and pain relievers. Severe cases require hospital care. Symptoms will be similar in many diseases and the difference is in lab results and some disease have specific symptoms along with common things like fever, etc.
