I have taken anti tubercular treatment from last two month but there are no changes in size of TB tumour in my neck. There are one tumour in my neck from last six month and one is from last two month. I have done FNAC test and doctor called its lymph nodes tuberculosis. Please suggest what I do, go through surgical treatment or wait for reduce in size of tumour by tablets. Please suggest.
