I am 16 year old male and I am a footballer. Last week we had a good fitness workout but this week (after 2 days of rest) I went for training I started feeling weak there was no energy in my body I was feeling very weak and after training I started having a headache next day I had a good sleep but again I was feeling weak and was not feeling to do anything. I don't what's wrong with me. please help!
