1. Do a complete blood examination like CBC, ESR, Mantoux test, X ray chest, Sputum examination for AFB (3 samples)
2. Consult Chest physician with report.
3 Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily
4. Avoid smoking if you smoke 5. If all the test reports are normal, it could be due to allergy. Do an allergy test after consulting Allergist/Immunologist and follow the advice and treatment.
