Exercise n walk is good to lose weight. Apart from this, eat less fat, more proteins. Do not skip meals but eat healthy. Eat less at night n try to have dinner atleast 2 hrs before going to bed. Thanks.

In order to replace fat in the body,you need to balance it with good quality protein along with good fluid intake throughout the day.Go for tummy exercises and brisk walking everyday.Results will show with in 15 days
