I do not know whether you are aware of this term. You cannot have it for the last three months only: it must have been there for a long time and may not have gotten you into trouble yet. This is a very difficult condition to work with and unless you are genuinely committed, you may circumvent the system and therapy to unproductive ends. You must work with a counselor who is geared to treat this condition and is also equally committed to see you through. There will be an inadvertent tendency to go against norms, authority, parent figures and against people in general. There will be a strong need for negative excitement and some joy in fear and putting others in distress. These traits need to be monitored and confronted effectively for any meaningful outcomes. Do discuss these openly with the counselor and make contracts and accept firm consequences for failure on your part to comply. You have not mentioned in what areas you have been having problems but you must focus a lot of the therapy to handle those particular areas.
