Hi, After having sex with the lower part of the penis head got a small cut and I am experiencing great pain when I am trying sex again. I discovered in the internet that its called as frenulum tear. Please help me to recover from it. Suggest me what to do. And how fast I can be healed Please help.

Hello- Frenulum tear generally occurs at the site of the foreskin attaching the penis tip. The condition is self subsiding and can heal by itself if given rest and avoid sex for few days. How ever it arise due to a tight and a non-flexible foreskin, also called as phimosis, which needs to be treated to avoid its recurrence. Its better to start focusing on Phimosis. It can be corrected with the help of herbal medications.
