I am 30 years old man. I have anxiety and panic attack from last 2 years. I am taking a anxiety medicine from last rwo years and till now I am not completely well. My recent condition is not good. Even I can not go outside alone. If this will continuing for a long time than I am through out from my job because my job is site base job. Please suggest how to get permanent solution regarding this.
