I have a desk job and in the last 2 years, my weight has gone up form 75 kgs to 85 kgs. I want to lost weight. Please help.

2-3 Kg weight loss per month is ideal. These tips will help you lose weight. 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. 2. Avoid junk/ fried/ sugary foods& drinks, alcohol. 3. Have healthy snacks in between main meals - whole fruits, coconut water, nuts, oilseed, soup, dal chila, dhokla, sprouts. 4. Include salads in lunch ,& dinner. 5. Exercise daily for at least 30 mins. 6. Take stairs instead of lift & walk instead of hiring transport. 7. Drink 3 litres water daily. 8. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals. 9. Eat slowly chewing each bite well.
